Shipping

Our products are shipped via Amazon Fulfillment (FBA). This allows us to provide our customers with fast and reliable delivery.

We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

Delivery Times

Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Delivery times to Austria may vary.

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, delivery will be made within the timeframes specified above after the contract has been concluded.

Shipping Costs

Applicable shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Partial Deliveries

In individual cases, orders may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

Returns

Please do not return products independently to the address shown on the parcel. Before returning an item, please contact us at support@myhappyhaven.de or via our contact form so that we can provide you with the correct return address and further instructions for your return.

Damaged Shipments
