About Us
We are Lena and Verena. For over six years, we have been connected not only by a close friendship, but also by a shared passion for health, nutrition, and entrepreneurship.
Lena had struggled with sleep problems for years. She had difficulty falling asleep and often woke up feeling unrested. Searching for a solution, she tried countless products from drugstores and pharmacies, from herbal calming teas to over-the-counter sleep aids. But most either didn't help at all or only provided short-term relief and often had unwanted side effects.
This gave rise to the idea: to develop a product that is based on natural ingredients, tastes delicious and can be taken daily without hesitation.
We began to intensively study the topic of sleep and develop a natural alternative. For over a year and a half, we tested various ingredients and analyzed sleep data until we found the perfect formula for our sleep powder.
The final recipe was then diligently tested among friends and acquaintances and was an immediate success. Motivated by the positive feedback, we founded our company: Happy Haven .
