For us, it's a matter of course to offer you our products as sustainably as possible. We do everything we can so that you can order our products to your home with a clear conscience.

♻️ 100% recyclable packaging

Did you know that supplement pouches are usually made from composite plastics that cannot be recycled? At best, they are incinerated; at worst, they end up in the ocean.

We deliberately opted against this. Our stand-up pouches are made from mono-plastic. This means: they are made from only one material and can be better sorted and recycled during the recycling process. For this, our pouches were awarded the interzero "Made for Recycling" sustainability seal.

Why not simply paper or compostable packaging?

When it comes to dietary supplements, the ingredients must be very well protected from light, air, and moisture. Thin paper bags or rapidly degrading materials are not suitable for this purpose. Many "paper packages" also have an inner plastic or aluminum layer and are therefore not easily recyclable.

Our stand-up pouches are designed to

  • reliably protect your ingredients
  • use as little material as possible
  • consume fewer resources and are easier to transport compared to cans

This is how we combine product safety with the smallest possible ecological footprint.

♻️ Biodegradable Scoops

Our scoops are not made from conventional plastic, but from the bio-based plastic PLA. This is derived from renewable resources such as corn or sugarcane. They are fully biodegradable and can simply be disposed of with the residual waste.

🌍 Short Supply Chains & Production in Germany

For us, sustainability doesn't stop at packaging.

  • Production: Happy Sleep is manufactured at a partner facility in Bavaria.
  • Raw materials: Our raw materials come exclusively from selected suppliers in Europe and are regularly analyzed for quality and purity.
  • Packaging: Our stand-up pouches are manufactured in Hamburg.
  • Scoops: Our scoops are manufactured in Switzerland.

Short distances mean: less transport, better control over quality and production, and reliable partnerships. We don't opt for the cheapest solutions, but for high-quality raw materials, fair cooperation, and transparent supply chains.
